La Defense
Creating an oasis of play in the middle of a corporate desert.
An invitation to shift your perspective.
Reimagining the 10th and 11th floors of France’s tallest tower, we transformed a sky-high void into a sensory playground. The 12-meter atrium—part library, part illusion—was inspired by the mind-bending geometry of M.C. Escher.
A layered blend of reflective ceilings, AV-triggered illusions, and diffused lighting created a space that continuously reshaped itself based on where you stood—and what you listened to. We choreographed projections, lighting sequences, and ambient sound to echo movement and moments of stillness, all while framing panoramic views of Paris below.
What began with warm hues and soft textures ended with the clean transparency required by building code—but in between, we carved out a moment of wonder.
